    You will learn to lead individual and organizational change, engage stakeholders and plan communication, run change impact assessments and build change plans, and manage yourself as a practitioner. The course spans the five CMBoK topic areas at Foundation and Practitioner levels.

    They are change and the individual, change and the organization, communication and stakeholder engagement, change practice, and personal and professional management. Foundation covers them at knowledge level; Practitioner applies them to real scenarios.

    Can a beginner take this course?

    Yes. Foundation has no prerequisites and is beginner friendly, so you do not need prior change management experience. The training builds from core concepts to applied Practitioner-level skills with plenty of hands-on scenario practice.

    Is the courseware aligned to the current syllabus?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current Change Management Foundation and Practitioner syllabi and the Change Management Body of Knowledge maintained by the Change Management Institute.

    How long is the training?
