    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    Open book means the Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the exam. However, the scenario sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Deep method knowledge and efficient guide navigation both matter.

    How and where do I take the exams?

    Both exams are delivered by online proctoring or at an authorized test center, and are typically sat at the end of each level of training. Your trainer and our support team guide you through booking.

    What happens if I do not pass on the first attempt?

    The course covers five topic areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organization, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management. Foundation builds knowledge; Practitioner applies each area to scenarios.

    You will learn a broad set of models including ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, McKinsey 7-S, Bridges' Transition Model, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence and Cialdini's principles of influence.

    Is the courseware aligned with the current syllabus?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current Change Management Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi, the Change Management Practitioner Guide and the CMBoK published by the Change Management Institute.

    Can a beginner take this course?

    Yes. The Foundation level has no prerequisites and is beginner-friendly, introducing change concepts from the ground up. The combined program then builds you toward applied Practitioner competence through hands-on scenario practice.
