    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) is a two-level qualification covering the models, tools and practices needed to manage the people and culture side of organizational change. Foundation validates your knowledge of change concepts, and Practitioner validates your ability to apply them to real scenarios. It is aligned to the CMBoK from the Change Management Institute.

Who should take this course in Omaha?

It suits change managers, project and program managers, HR business partners, organizational development practitioners, consultants and leaders sponsoring change. In Omaha it is especially relevant for insurance, banking, healthcare, rail and agribusiness employers running modernization and transformation programs.

Yes. The Change Management qualification is recognized internationally and valued by US employers, including Omaha's Fortune 500 headquarters and enterprise base, that run large organizational change programs. It is governed by the Change Management Institute and the Agile Business Consortium.

Is the CM-F&P certification worth it?

Yes. Change roles in Omaha reach well into six figures, with program managers averaging around $136,329 and organizational change consultants earning strongly. Exam

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice, single-answer questions to be completed in 40 minutes. It is closed book, and the passing score is 50%, meaning 25 out of 50 correct. There are no formal prerequisites to sit it.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections, each worth 16 marks, for 80 marks in total, completed in 2.5 hours. It is open book, with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted, and the passing score is 50%, meaning 40 out of 80 marks.

What are the passing scores for both exams?

Both exams require 50% to pass. That is 25 out of 50 correct on the closed-book Foundation exam, and 40 out of 80 marks on the open-book, scenario-based Practitioner exam. You must pass both to hold both credentials.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the Practitioner exam. However, the five scenario-based sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and solid method knowledge are both essential.

What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

You can re-sit the exam you did not pass. Our training includes mock exams, practice questions and guidance to help you prepare for a first-attempt pass, and a learning advisor can explain re-sit options for your plan.

    Course Content

What topics are covered in the training?

Are practice tests and mock exams included?
