    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a combined qualification covering the knowledge, models and practices for managing the people side of change. Foundation confirms you understand change concepts; Practitioner confirms you can apply them to real organizational scenarios. Both are grounded in the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) from the Change Management Institute.

Who should take this course in El Paso?

It suits project managers, HR and OD professionals, transformation leads, consultants and senior leaders who guide organizational change. In El Paso it is especially relevant for those working in healthcare, advanced manufacturing, defense and financial services, where large-scale transformation is driving demand for people-side change skills.

Yes. The Change Management qualification is recognized in over 150 countries and is respected wherever organizational change is a recognized discipline. In El Paso it is valued by healthcare, manufacturing, defense and financial-services employers navigating transformation.

Do I need prior experience to start?

No. Change Management Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to everyone regardless of education or experience. To sit the Practitioner exam you first need to pass Foundation, which the combined program prepares you for.

Is this certification worth it for my career?

Yes. It opens roles such as change manager, organizational change management specialist and transformation lead, with change manager pay in El Paso averaging around $103,000 a year.
