    Pricing

How much does the change management course cost in Richmond, VA?

What is included in the training fee?

The training typically includes syllabus-aligned courseware, case studies, practice questions and mock exams for both levels, plus learner support and first-attempt exam guidance. Exam voucher inclusion varies by package, so confirm the details when you enroll.

Are the exam fees included in the price?

Exam voucher inclusion depends on the package you choose. Some bundles include both the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers, while others price training and exams separately. Ask a learning advisor to confirm what your package covers.

    Exam

How many exams are in the combined program?

Two separate exams. The Foundation exam has 50 questions in 40 minutes, closed book, with a 50% pass mark (25 out of 50). The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each, 80 marks total, over 2.5 hours, open book, with a 50% pass mark (40 out of 80).

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the Practitioner exam. However, the scenario-based sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient navigation of the guide and deep method knowledge are both essential.

What are the prerequisites for each exam?

Foundation has no prerequisites and is open to all. Practitioner requires the Change Management Foundation certification, or an accepted equivalent, so the combined program takes you through Foundation first and then Practitioner.

What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

You can retake the exam you did not pass. Our training includes mock exams, practice questions and first-attempt guidance to prepare you thoroughly. Ask about retake options and any Flexi Pass to reattend the training if you need extra support.

How and where do I sit the exams?

Both exams are delivered via online proctoring or at an authorized test center, and are usually taken at the end of each level of training. You can sit them from home or office in Richmond with a secure remote-proctored session.

    Course Content
