Across five topic areas you master proven frameworks including ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's model, the McKinsey 7-S Framework and Bridges' Transition Model. For professionals in Columbus, where employers such as JPMorgan Chase, Nationwide and Cardinal Health run continuous transformation, digital and restructuring programs, certified change practitioners are increasingly in demand.
