    Exam

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 40 minutes. It is closed book, and the pass mark is 50%, which means 25 out of 50 correct. It is typically taken at the end of the Foundation training.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections, each worth 16 marks, for 80 marks in total, over 2.5 hours. It is open book and the pass mark is 50%, which means 40 out of 80 marks. You must hold Foundation to sit it.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the Practitioner exam. However, the scenario sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep method knowledge are both essential, and the training builds both.

What happens if I do not pass the first time?

You can resit the exam you did not clear. Our training includes mock exams, practice questions and first-attempt guidance to help you pass both levels. Confirm current resit fees and policy with our team before you book.

    How are the exams delivered?

Both exams are delivered by online proctoring or at an authorized test center. The Foundation exam is usually taken at the end of Foundation training and the Practitioner exam at the end of Practitioner training.

    Course Content

Do I need prior experience to start?

What topics does the course cover?
