    Exam

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. However, the scenario sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep model knowledge are both essential, and the training builds both.

What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?

You can re-sit the exam you did not pass. Our training includes mock exams, practice questions and guided exam technique for both levels to help you prepare for a first-attempt pass, and a learning advisor can explain the re-sit process.
