    The Foundation exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice test of 50 single-answer questions with a 40-minute duration. The pass mark is 50%, meaning 25 out of 50 correct. It is typically taken at the end of the Foundation training.

    What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam is open book, with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted. It has 5 scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each, 80 marks in total, over 2.5 hours. The pass mark is 50%, meaning 40 out of 80 marks.

    Are there prerequisites for the exams?

    Which change models will I learn?

    You will learn a broad range of models, including ADKAR, Bridges' Transition Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model, the McKinsey 7-S Framework, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence and Cialdini's principles of influence.

    Do beginners need prior change management experience?

    No prior experience is required for Foundation, so beginners are welcome. The training builds from core concepts to applied practice, and hands-on scenarios and support help you reach Practitioner level even if change management is new to you.

    Is the courseware aligned with the current standard?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) maintained by the Change Management Institute and to the Change Management Practitioner Guide, the current reference standard for the Practitioner exam.

    How long is the training program?

    The combined Foundation and Practitioner program is delivered as 40 hours of instructor-led training. The number of days depends on the schedule format, for example intensive full-day or extended part-day options across live virtual or classroom delivery.
